1. Full urinary Bladder below 10 weeks 2. Please bring prescription (latest doctor's prescriptioin must be contain hospital address, name, test name, date, LMP, Doctor name with stamp and DMC registration). Note: Doctor's Prescription will not be valid after 1 month of prescribed date of test. 3. Patient's ID (Aadhar, Voter ID card, Passport, driving licence). 4. Prior appointment to be taken. 5. Bring imaging records + blood markers, if any related to pregnancy.
